Job Description:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Delivers hourly recruiting and onboarding to manufacturing operations.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-exempt positions: including developing job descriptions, posting ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, interviewing, extending offers, background screening procedures, scheduling pre-employment drug and physical screening, conduct background, Drug Screen and reference checks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process (i.e. communicates status, answers questions).
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and four years of experience in Human Resources in Manufacturing and Distribution Environment

Minimum of three years previous HR administrative, office, data entry, or clerical work experience

Minimum of three years working with Excel to run reports and format data

Experience working with an ATS, E-verify and other recruiting tools.

Thorough understanding of EEO legislation and other applicable recruiting laws
. 2. Pay Rate: $22-24
3. Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
