Connect has partnered with our client seeking an Automotive Mechanic! 

Pay: Depending on experience 

Schedule:  1st shift

Location: Memphis, TN 

Position Type: Contract to Perm

Position Scope:  We are seeking an Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a strong mechanical background.

Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs following dealership standards
- Use power tools and hand tools to diagnose and repair vehicles
- Conduct auto body repairs as needed
- Understand and interpret schematics for vehicle systems
- Provide accurate auto estimating for repair jobs
- Work on various aspects of the vehicle including powertrain components

Skills
- Proficient in automotive repair and maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Experience with power tools and hand tools
- Familiarity with auto body repair techniques
- Ability to interpret schematics for vehicle systems
- Knowledge of powertrain components
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus
