Job Title: Bilingual Inventory Control Lead

Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr

Shift: 7-4, Mon-Fri. (Overtime: 6-4, Mon-Sat)

Location: Memphis, TN

Job Overview: The Inventory Control Specialist ensures that the physical inventory in the warehouse matches the information in the ERP system. They manage inventory records, resolve discrepancies, and support inventory audits and cycle counts.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the physical stock matches system records and update inventory data as needed.

Investigate and correct any inventory or location discrepancies.

Work with cycle counters to verify inventory counts and locations.

Keep records and provide regular inventory reports.

Answer questions about inventory quantities and locations within 48 hours.

Help with inventory cycle counts and support the manager with physical inventory counts.

Ensure accuracy of inventory at offsite locations and manage inventory adjustments between sites.

Assist the Inventory Control Manager with other tasks as needed.

Experience:

Experience in inventory management in a warehouse or distribution center.

Familiarity with ERP systems, WMS, and Microsoft Office (Excel is important).

Experience with scanner systems is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and time-management abilities.

Knowledge of inventory coordination with purchasing and receiving teams is helpful.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects.

Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

May be required to use equipment like a Reach Truck or OP (Order Picker).
