Day to day tasks:

•Create shift schedule, chores for the shift, prep for the day, training, walking floor and socializing with customers

•Overseeing a team of 4-12 employees including kitchen staff.

•Assist in any other restaurant operations in general


Quality you are looking for:

•Experience in Restaurant Operations

•Experience with costs, budgeting, training, payroll (there's a payroll office in place, so this is a plus)

•Knowledge with food and health and safety laws.

Salary Pay: 70k

Shift Hours: 6 days a week -Monday-Sat, 10am-9pm with a 2hr break (Restaurant hours are 11am-9pm, Friday and Saturday will be until 10pm)
