Connect has partnered with our client seeking a Customer Service Specialist !
Hourly Pay: 20
Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F
Location: Stateline & Crumpler
Position Type: DIRECT HIRE
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests for order entry, tracking, and returns/replacements.
Answering inbound and outbound phone calls for customer needs.
Data entry for customer orders and corrections.
Answering emails promptly and efficiently.
Comfortability making cold calls and talking to new people
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Efficiently manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
Consistently strive to improve selling skills by working with manager, peers, and senior closers.
Handling transcription, printing, photocopying, and faxing
Assist management with any other tasks as needed.
Required Skills:
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Experience with NetSuite or similar
Exceptional phone and email communication etiquette
Understand customer needs and requirements
Organized and able to multitask
Customer-focused
Active listener
Adequate computer skills in following programs: Word. Excel, PowerPoint
