Pay: $20
Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F
Location: Stateline & Crumpler
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer requests for order entry, tracking, and returns/replacements.
• Answering inbound and outbound phone calls for customer needs.
• Data entry for customer orders and corrections.
• Answering emails promptly and efficiently.
• Comfortability making cold calls and talking to new people
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Efficiently manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Consistently strive to improve selling skills by working with manager, peers, and senior closers.
• Handling transcription, printing, photocopying, and faxing
• Assist management with any other tasks as needed.
Required Skills:
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Experience with NetSuite or similar
• Exceptional phone and email communication etiquette
• Extremely punctual
• Fast and eager learner
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Organized and able to multitask
• Customer-focused
• Active listener
• Adequate computer skills in the following programs: Word. Excel, PowerPoint
