We are seeking a skilled We are seeking a skilled Cylindrical Tank Welder to join our team, specializing in Stick (SMAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabricating cylindrical tanks, working with various metal thicknesses, and adhering to precise specifications to ensure the strength, durability, and quality of welded tanks. This position involves interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, and executing high-quality welds on a variety of tank projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld cylindrical tanks and components using Stick and MIG welding techniques, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to plan welding sequences and accurately perform welds.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and positioning materials to ensure proper weld quality.

• Inspect welds for strength, quality, and appearance, conducting repairs or adjustments as needed.

• Follow all safety guidelines, wear protective equipment, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Regularly inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Work with other team members, including fabricators and supervisors, to ensure projects are completed to specifications.

Working Conditions:

• The position may require working in varying conditions, including indoor and outdoor environments, and occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.

Compensation: $20 - Production Based, Once rolled over

Pay Rate: $20

Shift: M-Thurs 6am - 2:45PM - Sometimes work on Fridays.
