Title: IT Manager

• RF-Smart and NetSuite are preferred; Microsoft 365 Administration- essential; Maintaining IT shop floor control; troubleshooting technical issues to produce quality products- essential ;Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems-essential

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain information technology systems

• Manage IT shop floor activities and Warehouse Management System for optimum inventory

• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations

• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures

• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy

• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time that ensures on-time delivery to meet customer expectations both external and internal

• Audit systems and assess their outcomes

• Preserve assets, information security and control structures while operating at or below department cost

• Take responsibility for daily technical operations and team actions to ensure a quality product

• Understands and practices safe work procedures

Qualifications:

• Maintain information technology systems

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, or similar field preferred but not required; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of

Education and experience:

• Experience with RF Scanners

• Experience with Zebra printers to include Thermal Transfer and Direct Thermal functionality as well as routine preventative maintenance.

• 3-5 years of SQL database experience

• Proficient with running update queries

• Proficient with creating new queries real-time to accommodate requests

• General understanding of database structures, PKs, indexing, backups and restoration

• Visual Studio (VB.net) and scripting experience desired

• Asset management experience preferred

• Active Directory and Group Policies: 1-3 years

• Experience with Ubiquiti networks is a plus

• Bartender / Seagull experience is preferred

• Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems

• Microsoft 365 Administration

• ERP and Warehouse Management Systems

• EDI (electronic Data Interchange)

• Other duties as assigned within the IT field

Shift hours: 6am-10am Monday – Thursday ( some flexibility as needed)

Salary range: $80k-$100k
