Job Description

Salary Pay: 90-105k

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5pm + OT

Location: Mesquite, TX

Position Type: Direct Hire


Job Overview: This role manages a team of engineers and designers for the Industrial Product Group, overseeing new product development, sustaining efforts, and technical support. The Engineering Manager ensures quality, mentors the team, and promotes best practices while meeting deadlines.


Key Duties:

• Guide engineering staff on design and manufacturing best practices.

• Support manufacturing and product management teams.

• Lead technical reviews and improve product performance.


Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.

• Knowledge of PDM and ERP systems, SolidWorks and manufacturing processes like metal fabrication.
