·                     need to know how to operate the truck, the Zero turn, the tree trimmers, leave blowers, doing flower beds, anything and everything landscaping

·                     picking up leaves

·                     make sure they give great customer service

·                     has to be responsible

·                     make sure to take care of all the landscaping equipment  

·                     will be required to drive the truck

·                     inspecting the car

·                     make sure the tires are good no oil is leaking, 

·                     look at routes 

·                     answering calls
