Connect has partnered with our client seeking a Logistics Coordinator! 

Pay: $19.50

Schedule: 1st shift.

Location:  Memphis, TN - Around the East Shelby Dr + Hickory Hill 

Position Type: Contract to Hire

Position Scope:  

  • Track and manage inventory levels using ERP system while maintaining up-to-date records.

  • Allocate new products by SKU.

  • Handle UPS data order processing.

  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to perform thorough quality control checks on ready-to-ship orders.

  • Coordinate with warehouse leads to ensure accurate item selection for LTL shipment data processing.

  • Create Bills of Lading for all freight loads.

  • Conduct quality control checks using WMS and scanners for pick/pack orders.

  • Provide quotes and estimates on shipping costs using various types of equipment, factoring in ROI.

  • Track pending sales and review the backorder log sheet.

  • Handle emails and phone calls related to shipping and inventory concerns.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
