Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

Pay: $45k - $55k

Schedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm M-THUR

Location: Mesquite, TX

Position Type: Direct Hire

·                  A candidate who is energetic, can multi-task and problem solve, and has the drive and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting in an expanding business.

·                  Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions, and report any deficiency promptly to management team

·                  Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments

·                  Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and/or efficiency.

·                  Direct, coordinate, and monitor the activities of employees engaged in the paint department.

·                  Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs

·                  Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services.

·                  Maintain operations data, such as cycle time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results.

·                  Ensure inventory levels are adequate to meet production demands.
