Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

Pay: $45k - $55k

Schedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm M-THUR

Location: Mesquite, TX

Position Type: Direct Hire

•A candidate who is energetic, can multi-task and problem solve, and has the drive and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting in an expanding business.

•Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions, and report any deficiency promptly to management team

•Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments

•Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and/or efficiency.

•Direct, coordinate, and monitor the activities of employees engaged in the paint department.

•Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs

•Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services.

•Maintain operations data, such as cycle time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results.

•Ensure inventory levels are adequate to meet production demands.
