Position Scope Manage and ensure the accuracy of all materials entering and leaving our newest plant in Mesquite, Texas, supporting efficient production operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Oversee the physical movement and system transactions of all incoming inventory for trailer production.

· Ensure compliance with established procedures and recommend improvements.

· Direct material handlers to place inventory in correct workstations, fixtures, or carts, and ensure unused materials are returned to stock properly.

·Develop and maintain a stocking profile for optimal inventory organization.

· Request cycle counts from designated personnel to verify accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

· Supervise the shipment of finished goods to fulfill customer orders, ensuring adherence to established procedures.

· Assist in other departments as needed during staff absences or shortages to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent math skills, capable of managing large volumes of item numbers and supporting new product launches.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret shipping documents.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.

• Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ERP systems.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects while maintaining professionalism.
