Job Details/Description: Office Warehouse Clerk Located in McDonough Ga.
Office Warehouse Clerk will be working both in the warehouse and office doing administrative functions to support warehouse operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the day-to-day office operations, ensuring timely processing of orders, shipments, and inventory updates.
• Perform general clerical tasks and answering multiline phones, data entry, uploading documents
• Handle customer inquiries and support management as needed.
• Help maintain and update inventory systems, tracking incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Be responsible for managing and organizing office files, including vendor contracts, customer invoices, and compliance documents.
• Facilitate communication between the warehouse team and management, ensuring smooth workflows.
• Facilitate preparation of reports on inventory, sales, and operations for management review.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Extensive knowledge of administrative procedures.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant warehouse software systems.
Bilingual is a plus
Payrate $17
Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm
