 Job Details/Description: Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is hiring for an SAP Operations Admin Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role, you will assist with all Inventory Management functions while assisting the Operations Management team in troubleshooting SAP-related issues.

In this role you will work with multiple departments researching inventory-related issues systemically in SAP and physically to reconcile variances, create bin to bin movements in SAP, monitor SAP for inventory accuracy across multiple departments, and troubleshoot SAP-related issues across multiple departments. You will generate counts for the Operations Team as well provide assistance and instruction to the Operations Management team on key training required to improve Inventory Accuracy. The Operations Administration Coordinator will interact and communicate with all levels of employees, management, external and internal customers as well as exchange Inventory related issues and provide feedback immediately with the customer. As well as prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set personal goals and enforce personal deadlines, while maintaining flexibility to reassess and prioritize goals.

Minimum Requirements: • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 2 year of experience in SAP • 3 years or more years of warehouse or distribution experience Preferred Experience: • Experience working with Microsoft Suite • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • SAP

Must have experience operating reach and order picker.
