Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and organized Outbound Associate II to join our team. The ideal candidate will be forklift certified (standup and walkie) and experienced in shipping operations, utilizing RF guns, and working with Microsoft Office (Excel). This role requires attention to detail and efficiency in processing outbound shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate standup forklifts and walkie riders to move and organize shipments.
• Use RF guns to scan and track inventory accurately.
• Prepare and ship orders, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting shipment data.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
• Forklift certification (standup and walkie) required.
• Proficient in using RF guns and Microsoft Excel.
• 2+ years of experience in a shipping or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
