Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) experience to join our window blinds and treatments team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, particularly within the OEM segment, while offering tailored window treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OEM processes and requirements, as well as strong sales and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with potential clients in the window treatments and OEM sectors.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client needs and provide customized window covering solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEM partners, interior designers, and contractors.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, emphasizing compatibility with OEM specifications.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, closing deals efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, and competitor offering
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on OEM clients.
• Strong understanding of OEM processes and requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of window treatments, interior design principles, and related products.
Pay: $50,000
Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F, Must be flexible and open for OT
