Job Title: Paint Department Supervisor

Pay: $45k - $50k

Schedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm M-THUR

Location: Mesquite, TX

Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on overseeing the paint department, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect materials, products, and equipment to identify defects or issues, reporting them to management.

• Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate operations across departments.

• Suggest and implement improvements to boost employee performance, production methods, and product quality.

• Supervise and coordinate activities within the paint department.

• Analyze production data, such as work orders and schedules, to assess production needs and results.

• Order materials, supplies, and equipment as needed for production.

• Track operations data, including cycle time, production output, and costs, and prepare reports for management.

• Ensure inventory is maintained to meet production needs.

Qualifications:

• Strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

• Leadership skills to manage and motivate team members.
