**Responsibilities:**
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Weld and fabricate metal components using various welding techniques such as FCAW and Stick welding
- Operate hand tools and welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble and install metal structures and equipment
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures on construction sites
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in reading and understanding codes standards, schematics, and sheet metal layouts
- Experience working with ductwork, rigging, and construction site environments
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for cutting, grinding, and measuring metal components
- Knowledge of various welding techniques
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise assembly of metal structures
