Position: Cherry Picker Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Sunday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: Hours may vary based on business needs

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cherry Picker Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a cherry picker/order picker and be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment while handling and moving heavy furniture and large items. This position requires strong attention to safety, the ability to work at heights, and the physical ability to handle heavy materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities: Safely operate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker forklift to pick, move, and organize inventory. Pick and stage heavy furniture and warehouse products according to orders. Load, unload, move, and position furniture and materials throughout the warehouse. Handle large and heavy items safely and efficiently. Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining productivity standards. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Previous Cherry Picker/Order Picker experience required.
Forklift certification or previous documented forklift experience preferred.
Experience working with heavy furniture, large items, or bulky materials is highly preferred.
Ability to safely operate equipment at elevated heights.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items as required.
Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned/non-climate-controlled warehouse.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse activities for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must be available to work Sunday through Friday and accommodate varying hours as needed.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy furniture and warehouse products. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing. Ability to work at elevated heights while operating a Cherry Picker. Ability to work in varying temperatures due to the non-climate-controlled environment. Ability to safely perform physically demanding warehouse duties.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced and safety-conscious Cherry Picker Operator who is comfortable working with heavy furniture, can maintain productivity in a fast-paced warehouse, and is dependable with strong attendance. Previous experience operating a Cherry Picker around heavy or oversized furniture is strongly preferred.
