Job Description

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator supports daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping processes. This role serves as a key link between associates and leads, , resolving on-floor issues, and maintaining productivity and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise warehouse operations, including pack lines, picking, and shipping areas.

  • Monitor productivity and assist with problem-solving to maintain an efficient workflow.

  • Coordinate with loaders to organize shipments and ensure closures and pickups.

  • Track and process system reviews and SLA orders to meet operational deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations.

  • Strong leadership  to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) with familiarity in RF scanners and shipping software.
