Job Details for Assembler 1: Display Assembly: Assemble and construct displays on the Kitting production lines following specific guidelines. Ensure displays meet established quality standards. General Production Tasks: Pack finished products securely and efficiently. Construct cardboard boxes for packaging. Label and organize packages according to shipping requirements. Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Properly dispose of waste and recyclable materials. Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Requirements: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting and able to lift between 20-40 pounds. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to handle assembly tools and equipment effectively. Flexibility with schedule and ability to work overtime as needed. Strict attendance policy—No appointments allowed in the next 30 days. Important Note: Please ensure candidates are aware that the warehouse is not climate controlled.
