Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role involves operating machinery, assisting with production tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
Operate basic machinery and assist with routine maintenance.
Lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors.
Ensure production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Clean and maintain the department during downtime
Operate a sit-down forklift and electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
Requirements
2+ years of working in a cold environment/freezer
Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods and complete repetitive tasks.
